DR X-ray machine is currently the industry's mainstream models, to form a complete set with the X ray tube has strict performance and quality requirements, the company successfully developed XD57 products in 2 years ago, basic technical performance meet the requirements, but to adapt to mass production and sales, there are some problems in the quality and consistency, such as high frequency high voltage stability, focus, and the consistency of electron emission, etc.

In response to the activities of the Group on "fine management, cost control and efficiency improvement", the company determined "XD57-20, 50/150 market share expansion project" and set up a working group. We analyzed the main task of the project to improve the stability and consistency of the performance indicators of the project products, and determined the key work.Hold the quality status analysis meeting irregularly, determine the corresponding measures, and put them into the corresponding position.Since the project was approved in March 2015, we have mainly carried out the following work and achieved certain results.

1. Shenzhen Anjian reported that the equipment reported an error when xD57-20 and 50/150 tube filament 40kV/200mA/0.1s exposure, the filament current had reached the limit and the emission could not reach 200mA.In response to this situation, 40kV/200mA/0.1s exposure files were added to the filament in the CPI test, with one exposure for each filament.

2. In view of the foreign matter in the tube, we held a special session on May 6, 2015, and determined that the measures were the bearings installed in xD57-20, 50/150, XD57-20, and 40/125 of the tubes. After degelling, the bearings were taken apart as a whole, and the inner raceways and outer rings were wiped.The anode rods of these two tubes are used with a vent anode rod.

3. In May 2015, Shenzhen Shentu Company found that the image uniformity was poor, the dose of some tubes was small, and the attenuation was large.For this situation, first send the tube sleeve back to our company, and we will test the ball tube: whether the total filter is too large, whether the target surface is melted or cracked.In addition, understand the test conditions of Shenzhen deep map, whether the test is correct, etc.

After communicating with the customer, the following dose test points will be added in the finished product inspection: center, center anode 10cm, center anode 18cm.The dose value at 18cm of the central anode should not be less than 50% of the central value.(Test conditions: 70kV/2mA/10s, SID 1m)

4. Since the project product in the production process and use process, the target plate heat is very big, easy to cause adverse impacts on the bearing, decided to test the "hollow rotor copper set" to reduce the conduction of heat to the bearing, on May 29, 2015, the hollow rotor copper sleeve with the hollow rotor copper set of 2 XD57 - only 20, 50/150 tube for the anode rod temperature detection.Experimental method: Medium frequency heating was performed at the same position of the pipe, with medium frequency output of 320V and heating time of 5min.After the end of heating, the temperature of anode rod was recorded every 1min. It is supposed that the difference of temperature conduction between "hollow rotor copper sheath and non-hollow rotor copper sheath" was found.

5. Improve the processes of each process, and through communication with the operators of each key process in the assembly workshop, let them fully understand the technical requirements and operation methods of the project products, so as to reduce the scrap in the process and improve the work quality of each link as far as possible.

Through the efforts of various parties, the quality stability of the project products has been improved. Some pipes which have completely reached the quality level of Toshiba E7876 products have been selected, and the quality problems reported by users have been significantly improved.

By September this year, the sales volume of the project products was 1,279 (1,645 in the whole year of last year), 53.3% of the project target.The sales volume is 6.28 million yuan (8 million yuan for the whole year last year), 55.6% of the project target is achieved.We will continue to strive to improve the process and quality management, clear with high quality products to expand the market share, win the reliance of customers.
