1、 Service conditions: 250kV, 15mA, 7min working, 7min rest.。
2、 The anode is forced to cool by oil circulation, and the cooling oil flow is not less than 10L/min。
3、 The product must be cleaned and dried before installation。
4、 When the product is used with 2515X ray flaw detection machine, please note that the oil temperature should not exceed 60℃ (measured in the oil return port of the oil circulation device), and the corresponding cooling water temperature should not exceed 25℃。
5、 The insulation strength of the insulating oil installed in the head shall not be less than 40kV/2.5mm。
6、The product should be experienced with X-ray tubes prior to initial use or during storage (every six months)。
In the aging process, turn on the low voltage first and preheat the filament for 5min. The initial aging voltage is generally half of the maximum working tube voltage. It is not necessary to add the maximum working tube voltage every time, but only to 5kV ~ 10kV which is higher than the operating voltage.The discipline of sophistication is shown in Table 1。
